1. Coaching Services

Coaching is a collaborative process designed to support your personal and professional growth.
Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, or financial/legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Results are not guaranteed; your commitment and follow-through impact your outcomes.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required before coaching services begin, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds are not provided once sessions have commenced, except as required by law.
Missed sessions may be rescheduled at the Coach’s discretion with sufficient notice.

3. Confidentiality

Information shared in coaching sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm).
The Coach may use de-identified examples for teaching or marketing, without revealing personal details.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in coaching, you agree to:
Be open, honest, and committed to the process.
Take responsibility for your own progress and results.
Respect the boundaries, policies, and time of the Coach.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (guides, exercises, recordings, etc.) are owned by the Company and are for personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from coaching services.
You acknowledge coaching is a personal development process and accept full responsibility for your own choices.

7. Governing Law
